A team of researchers from the University of Algarve, the University of Lisbon, Selcuk University, and the University of Mauritius discovered that sea rose (Armeria pungens), also known as the spiny thrift, is a great anti-aging compound. The study, published in the journal Industrial Crops and Products, examined the anti-aging properties of the leaf and flower extracts of sea rose.
